Recorded job discussions, job activity and support feedback may be reviewed by the workspace owner and a Codex-assisted reviewer to improve workflows. Aggregate counts of completed requests, exports and request errors help identify friction. Private direct-chat text, personal calendar contents and device activity are not included.
